The Lions' season begins with pre-season games against Chichester, the Pulborough XVs competition, and finally against Haywards Heath 3s. The league then kicks off on Saturday 17th September with an away fixture against Pulborough 2s.

Based on the unbeaten league run from last season the Lions will be going into these fixtures with an eye on laying down a marker for the new season in Sussex 2 West.
