Welcome to the Tigers Junior Academy! Our Junior Academy is a dedicated pathway for young players who aspire to join our senior teams. This team focuses on a trifecta of physicality, ability, and mental readiness, ensuring that junior players are prepared to step into a competitive environment when the time is right.

Unlike traditional age-specific teams, the Tigers Junior Academy assesses each player individually, monitoring their development to ensure they are ready to take the next step. This approach allows us to provide tailored support and opportunities for juniors to grow in skill, fitness, and confidence.

Our junior players train in a structured and supportive environment, continuously monitored by experienced coaches who review readiness for integration into the senior setup. Whether it’s refining game understanding or honing technical skills, the Academy is the perfect platform for juniors to transition into competitive touch rugby at their own pace.

We train every Monday from 6 pm to 8 pm, all year round (unless severe weather), at Horsham RFC, Hammerpond Road RH13 6PJ.

The Tigers Junior Academy operates under FIT (Federation of International Touch) rules and is affiliated with ETA and O2 Touch. Our players also have the chance to compete in fixtures and tournaments throughout the year, building valuable experience and teamwork skills.
